This research attempts to consider a very important issue in the field of scientific discourse. which is the basis for a speech to be scientific.
Here we tried to approach this problem in a great linguist is Pro- fessor Abderrahman HADJ-SALAH (may God have mercy on him) in the foundations of the scientific discourse in his works.
