Abstract

Language is always a reflection of the civilizational status and scientific and technological level of nations. Unfortunately, in our present era, our language does not convey pioneering scientific ideas and theories for many reasons. This is the unfortunate reality. The current scientific situation of the Arabs, characterized by very little creativity and innovation, does not provide any opportunity for their language to be a language of scientific and cultural radiance. The deficiency is not in the language itself; any language in the world can achieve what the English language has achieved through the scientific and cultural superiority of its speakers. This language is now superior to others due to the information it conveys, which other languages do not, making it incomparable in value. If it were not for Arabic being the language of Islam and its carrying of previous civilizational and religious concepts, along with many scientific heritage concepts that were the foundation for the rise of Western civilization, it would have vanished long ago or receded into a language without writing or heritage, disappearing into the dialects that branched from it.
