The entirety of stored information in a language in digital form on computers and placed on computer networks is referred to as content. The importance of content in a language stems from its benefits and returns to that language. There are administrative, service-related, and economic benefits, as well as benefits related to human resource development, scientific and technological advantages, cultural benefits, and so forth. These benefits are measured by the number of users who speak the language of the content in question.
