The issue of the article revolves around language planning policies in Arab countries, situated between current realities and future challenges. It addresses a reality filled with contradictions, societies losing many elements of their identity, and generations standing on the threshold of the unknown, aspiring to shape a new world—a world open to all possibilities. This underscores the urgent need to swiftly build an Arab intellectual framework through a linguistic planning strategy capable of confronting the challenges of the era across all cognitive, social, and economic dimensions.
