Linguistic competence encompasses several skills: communication, reading, writing, comprehension, critical thinking, knowledge acquisition, cultural literacy, and the realization of national identity. This list of skills does not imply a hierarchy, as they are interconnected and each skill encompasses various sub-skills. The goal is improvement and advancement towards excellence, not just performance. It should also be noted that computers are tools and cannot accomplish everything on their own; humans play a primary role in utilizing computers effectively. However, this does not diminish the significant role of computers.
