In this research paper, we focus on presenting the significant insights that distinguished Haj Saleh, may he rest in peace, particularly regarding the criteria for establishing and translating terminology. While our aim is to highlight his contributions to terminology, we also seek to position his ideas in terminology studies as a starting point for researchers and translators, emphasizing a formulation that considers both formulation and usage aspects.
